1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PinMaster AI ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

You explicitly agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Bypass, modify, or tamper with the license validation mechanism.
Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the Software to third parties.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed securely through our authorized reseller, Creem. We do not store your credit card information directly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Refund Policy

Since the Software offers a "Free Trial" mode for you to test functionality before purchasing, all sales are final and non-refundable once a License Key has been activated, except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer (Third-Party Platforms)

PinMaster AI is an independent automation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest or Etsy. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of these platforms. We are not liable for any account suspensions or limitations resulting from the use of this tool.
